Rick is the former Department Director of Community Practice Service Lines (CPSL) for Geisinger in Scranton and Monroe Counties and former Director of Care Continuum for Geisinger Health System. As the CMO for the Keystone Accountable Care Organization he has supported the dissemination of our
innovations in healthcare delivery, specifically Geisinger’s advanced medical home program and physician alignment programs. Additionally, he partnered with the leadership of the Geisinger Health Plan on system wide population health delivery approach with a primary focus on facilitating improved service and value and increasing the connectivity between payer and provider in the continuum of care. He has coordinated population health related activities across 22 counties in Central and Northeastern Pennsylvania for Geisinger. He is recognized as a national expert on Patient Centered Medical home and primary care practice re-design.
